I'm here to set you up for success. This means helping you make exercise a regular part of your life. Once we establish your goals and availability, I will tailor a plan specifically for you. Here's why I'm different - I'm not just your trainer during your sessions. Consultation
The first step is to schedule a free 20 minute phone call with me. We will discuss your experience, goals, availability and decide what will work best for you. During this call, we can schedule a discounted first session to get to know each other better.
Availability
Building strength and endurance is all about consistency. So, based on what we discover during our consultation, we will schedule recurring weekly training sessions.
Pricing
Since my programs are about planning ahead, my sessions are sold as monthly packages. Price per session therefore varies based on how often we meet and your budget. I offer a wide range and am confident we can create a plan that works for you. *Inquire about limited sliding scale sessions.
Sessions
Our sessions are all about you and your goals. They will consist of a combination of cardio, HIIT, strength and stretching, tailored to get you where you want to be.
